Strong interpersonal skills are essential and must come from a consultancy background. Ideally experience in both Business and IT Project Management.

Test Automation Practice Manager – Permanent
Location: Hybrid / Remote / UK Clients

AheadMG are looking for an experienced Test Automation Manager who holds experience delivering modern and optimised Test Automation solutions within the Financial Sector. The role will range from hands-on client delivery, including Automation suitability assessments, tool selection and initial set up of frameworks / PoCs as well as helping AheadMG to develop out their overall Test Automation practice. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, along with a background in consultancy.

Consultant Solutions Analyst Graduate – 1 Year FTC
Location: Hybrid / Remote / UK Clients

The purpose of this role is to contribute to the design, development and delivery of high-quality technology solutions that support AheadMG’s internal products and client engagements. Working within the Solution Architecture function, the role plays an important part in building reliable, secure and maintainable systems, helping to translate business requirements into effective technical outcomes across the software development lifecycle.
