Paul has spent the last 15 years working in the Retail Advice Platform sector; predominantly in Programme Director/Management roles on large scale transformation programmes, supporting life companies with their post pensions freedom strategy or helping to deliver mergers and acquisitions safely. With a background in electronic engineering and 19 years’ experience in the financial services sector, Paul combines a detailed knowledge of the sector, its processes, core technologies and constraints with an expertise in change methodologies and best practice to help organisations with their change structure, delivery organisation and governance to deliver as safely and efficiently as possible.
Outside of work Paul can be found spending time with his family, playing the guitar and piano and keeping fit through running and sports.
